Team Inland has pioneered a program for “Total Spray Booth Management” that combines booth water, cleaning, and filtration management with engineering services to give single source accountability for spray booth performance.
Inland’s OmniChem Group continually monitors all the components affecting booth performance and keeps them within engineered specifications, including water flow, filter pressure differential, cleaning, and mechanical equipment. This Inland program delivers a paint booth that performs to its engineered specifications so their customers can process high quality units, at desired throughput, while maintaining the lowest cost.
Inland personnel have full engineering capability to conduct a top-down inspection of your paint booth to determine the booth’s current operation conditions and identify actions needed to return it to design specifications. Because Inland personnel engineer and manage spraybooths, we are also experts in properly cleaning them. As a member of the third largest industrial services group in the U.S., we have vacuum trucks, water blasters, and all the necessary equipment and skilled manpower to complete all cleaning tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
The customer’s primary concerns regarding the spray environment should be for properly maintained downdrafts, air balance, minimized booth airborne particulate contamination and a highly maintained level of aesthetic appearance. Inland provides all the services to accomplish this by measuring those parameters that impact spray booth performance and continuously correcting any issues causing the booth to perform out of specification. Working with our customers we review and analyze dirt defect data and other cause and effect of productivity loss so we can align cleaning and maintenance schedules accordingly, to deliver maximized system performance.
