Safety performance begins with planning. The safety team at Inland carries out a variety of duties to ensure work site and employee safety compliance, such as:

  • New employee orientation and worksite specific classes
  • Onsite safety education reinforces safety principles and elicits valuable input from the team.
  • Supervisors and a member of the safety department perform jobsite audits and inspections
  • Regular equipment examination and maintenance for optimal safety and performance
