Safety performance begins with planning. The safety team at Inland carries out a variety of duties to ensure work site and employee safety compliance, such as:
- New employee orientation and worksite specific classes
- Onsite safety education reinforces safety principles and elicits valuable input from the team.
- Supervisors and a member of the safety department perform jobsite audits and inspections
- Regular equipment examination and maintenance for optimal safety and performance
